25 years as and American Red Cross instructor teaching in the workplace and the community
6 years as and Instructor Trainer instructing qualified people to be workplace and community instructors.

Debra has over 30 years of experience in training students and instructors in various American Red Cross Health Education courses from Water Safety, First Aid, CPR and AED.Also, over 25 years of experince in managing Health Education Programs.
